Syllabus and Exam Pattern for Mains & Prelims
SBI PO Preliminary exam paper consists of three sections – Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability and English Language. The Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning section consists of 35 question each while the English section consists of 30 questions. The candidates get 1 hour to complete the paper.
SBI PO Mains exam is conducted at two levels – Objective Exam and Descriptive Exam. The Objective exam consists of sections including – Reasoning Ability and Computer Aptitude, Data Analysis and Interpretation, General/Economy/Banking Awareness and English Language. The Descriptive test consists of two sections – Letter writing and Essay Writing.
